Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

When we receive your application a member of our hiring team will review and application and advise you of the next steps within 10 working days. 
Stage 2

Review

 You application will be reviewed within 10 days.
Stage 3

Telephone Interview

If successful, you will then be invited to take part in a short telephone interview to enable us to find out a little more about you and your motivations for the career.
Stage 4

Assessment Day

For our Graduates and Apprentices, you will then be invited to an Assessment Centre at our Head Office in London.
Stage 5

Interview

If you are successful at the assessment centre, you will be invited to return to the office again for a final interview with a Partner.
Stage 6

Hired
