G&T ACCELERATE PROGRAMME
Our graduate programme provides first-class training in Cost Management, Project Management, Infrastructure, or one of our specialist consultancy teams, giving you the opportunity to build the knowledge, skills and experience needed to achieve a professional qualification and chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or an equivalent professional body.

We welcome graduates from both cognate and non-cognate degree backgrounds and are committed to helping every individual succeed. For those requiring additional qualifications to pursue professional accreditation, we provide support through appropriate conversion routes alongside our internal development programme.
