GRADUATE ROLES

Our Chartership Academy provides an industry leading structured training programme which has been designed to enable you to gain your professional qualification in the minimum time.

G&T CHARTERSHIP ACADEMY

The programme will provide you with first class training in either cost management, project management, infrastructure, or as part of one of our specialist consultancy teams giving you the opportunity to achieve a professional qualification and chartered status accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.

The graduate cohorts at G&T are defined by quality and we believe that our graduates have the potential to become some of the most talented individuals in the industry.

From the outset of your career at G&T you will join a group of early talent who will all be working towards a common goal of Chartership. The cohort will offer you the opportunity to build lifelong relationships and develop a professional network of support and encouragement.

The aim of the Chartership Academy is to assist you in gaining chartered status with RICS, or an equivalent professional body which will be a testament to your professionalism in the industry.

Our structured 12/24 month training programme has been designed to get you through the process as quickly as possible.

G&T will offer you an abundance of support as you work towards your chartered status. You will be assigned a supervisor and a counsellor who will take direct responsibility for your training, ensuring that you gain the right experience on which to build more specialist knowledge.

We welcome both cognate and non-cognate graduates onto our Chartership Academy and will support our non-cognates through an RICS accredited conversion course alongside our internal programme.
“Joining G&T as a Graduate Assistant Project Manager has given me immediate exposure to fast paced, high profile projects across central London. From supporting the delivery of a multi floor fit out for Revolut’s new HQ, to leading action tracking and consultant coordination on complex cut and carve schemes, I’ve gained hands on experience managing teams and driving programme progress. The level of client interaction and responsibility I’ve been trusted with so early in my career has been invaluable. Through the G&T Chartership Academy, I’m receiving structured support toward my APC with relevant training, mentorship, and real project application. What stands out most is the people, there’s a collaborative culture across all levels, and you’re constantly learning from those around you. And outside of work, whether it’s sports, team events, or just a drink after work, there’s always something going on to help you feel part of the team.”
