APPRENTICESHIPS

We are extremely proud to have led the Trailblazer group for Apprenticeships in Surveying and welcome individuals to the firm to start on this exciting route into the profession.

“The advantage of our apprenticeship scheme is that you can earn while you learn making it a practical way to get qualified”

G&T APPRENTICESHIPS

Our Chartership Academy has now proudly evolved to include the apprenticeship pathway as a route to professional qualification in either cost management, project management or within our infrastructure teams. This route offers individuals the opportunity to gain technical on-the-job training whilst gaining an academic qualification and a professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our apprenticeship programme is open to candidates looking to embark on a Level 6 Apprenticeship (post A-levels). Candidates will work towards an undergraduate degree and a professional accreditation at the same time.

G&T will sponsor you through the necessary academic qualification and will provide you with first class support during your studies and beyond. You will spend 20% of your time at college/university and the remainder of your time in the office, putting the theory into practice.

Our apprenticeship route will support you to work towards gaining membership of the RICS which is a highly regarded professional accreditation.

Depending on your entry level, our apprenticeship pathways typically take 4-4.5 years to complete. Successful completion of the Level 6-degree apprenticeship will provide you with a degree, MRICS status and invaluable work experience.

“G&T is truly a great firm to start your career, the training support is second to none with mentors and experienced staff guiding you through your degree and APC. The people and teams are always willing to help and answer any questions when it can seem daunting. Apprenticeship degrees are great as there is only so much you can learn in the classroom, getting real life experience on projects is invaluable. Going through the process with others in your cohort helps adjusting much more motivating and comfortable. Enthusiasm, passion, drive and hard work will ensure that you will easily fit in and go far!”
